DESCRIPTION OF VENUE: Crè Seren has been open for 24 years as a natural outlet for selling the products of the MARTINA farm. We offer peasant cuisine dishes with mainly self-produced ingredients. We are located in the Susa Valley at 800 meters above sea level and we produce mountain wines, vegetables, potatoes, chestnuts, apples, corn and buckwheat.
The farmhouse is located on a panoramic hill overlooking the entire lower valley.
The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the main building and is furnished in a simple but welcoming way.
THE COOK: Cre' Seren cooks with Serena, the owner of the company. In addition to the company's products, fresh and mature cheeses purchased from local farmers are used. The pasta is rigorously handmade with flour from the VALSUSA MILL and eggs from our henhouse. The seasonal menu includes meat from its own farm.
Respectful of the local cuisine, we offer Piedmontese dishes and propose ancient recipes of mountain cuisine (e.g. chestnut and milk soup, boiled pickled sheep, fricandò)
