Ingredients for 4 people:
4 eggs, 3 egg yolks, 7 tablespoons sugar, 750g milk, 150g “amaretti” biscuits, 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar for the caramel
Preparation:
Whip the eggs, egg yolks and the sugar and add the cocoa powder, “amaretti” biscuits and the milk. Caramelize the sugar for the base and pour into the bottom of the mould. Add the mixture and bake in a bain-marie at 180° for 50-60 minutes (check if cooked with a knife: the blade should come out clean).
