DESCRIPTION OF VENUE: The farmhouse, which also includes an adjoining accommodation with 6 beds, was established in 2014 by recovering the old grandparents' farmhouse with classic mountain types.
The building is surrounded by centuries-old chestnut trees.
The hall, with a large window, can hold a maximum of 32 guests
THE COOK: Piervaldo Rostan, owner and cook, farmer and journalist, has for years loved to offer friends and guests the flavors of fruits and vegetables grown on the heights of Torre Pellice, the cheeses and meats of the upper Pellice Valley with its mountain pastures. The pasta, made in their own kitchen, starts with local ingredients such as flour from their own chestnuts from which they make noodles and lasagnette with a special flavor.
The cuisine is typically Waldensian/Occitan, starting with Waldensian soup, purple potato gnocchi to Piedmontese agnolotti; not omitting vitel tonnè, raw meat with royal ovules, fried porcini mushrooms, and wild herb fritters.
