Chef Diego Rosa Marin although young , with decades of experience, combines traditional cuisine with modern combinations,always attentive to the seasonality of raw materials makes the most of the potential of the products of the teritorio especially cheese and meat. Try his fresh pasta agnolotti, tagliatelle and gnocchi. His desserts are excellent!
