DESCRIPTION OF VENUE:
Restaurant located in the medieval center of Avigliana, 20 minutes from the Sacra di San Michele and 5 minutes from the lakes, housed in a 16th-century building, cozy, family atmosphere. In summer, the dehore is located in the shade of the arcades of the adjacent Conte Rosso Square.
THE COOK:
Chef Matilde Ludovica Frola has roots in the Susa Valley from which she left at a very young age for experiences in great restaurants in New York and Bangkok, back in the valley she collaborates with some Piedmontese starred restaurants and arrives at San Michele with her wealth of international experience and local tradition.
