DESCRIPTION OF VENUE:
"Le Vitel Etonné" is a restaurant in the centre of Torino, in proximity to the most important tourist attractions of the town: the Royal Palace, The Egyptian Museum, The "Risorgimento" Museum, The Museum of Cinema. Public transportation easily brings you to "Le Vitel Etonné" from the main train stations of the town: Porta Susa and Porta Nuova. We make fresh pasta every day, and we bake our bread and pastry.

THE COOK:
Mauro Virdis e Massimiliano Brunetto. Each day, our menu is based on the best products offered by the market, according to the season follows with respect the tradition of Piedmontese cooking, at times reinventing it and making it lighter. When we select our raw materials, we prefer to choose Fassone, farm vegetables, mountain cheeses from the Val di Susa, ancient local flour varieties to make bread and polenta.
