THE COOK: Since 2001 Luca Berolatti is chef and owner of Del Monte Restaurant. The young chef, highly skilled, thanks to his experience in France and Venice, takes care of the daily cooking based on local products which combines tastes and flavours. He subscribed the Slow Food Alliance, in support of good, clean and fair. In 2015 he decided to complete his activity with the production of jams, marmalades, and chutneys without the addition of any type of artificial preservatives, thickeners or colorants.
