DESCRIPTION OF VENUE:
The Darbunera agriturismo, located at 1900 m altitude on Rocciamelone mountain, about 16 km from the town of Susa, along the Gta trail, is a place suitable for adults and children alike, whether they are keen trekkers or want to spend a moment of absolute relaxation, perhaps discovering animals and life in the alpine pastures.
THE COOK:
Lunches, dinners and snacks include mouth-watering hot and cold appetizers drawn from typical cuisine... and not only; tasty starters and soups from your grandmother's recipe book; roasts and braised meats made from veal from our own herd; polenta, alpine tomato, butter and fresh milk and, last but not least, homemade desserts, all washed down with our own wine.
