The La Rosa Blu Restaurant, attached to the Blu Hotel, is a newly opened restaurant business where, in an atmosphere of sober refinement and in a discreet and pleasantly elegant setting, the team proposes with special care, richly flavored dishes in keeping with regional, national and international traditions. The courses served, typical and delicious specialties from the Lands of Piedmont and all over Italy, derive from memory handed down with respect for quality and authenticity.
THE COOK:
Chef Giovanni D'Oria and his family, thanks to previous experiences in the restaurant industry, during which they lent their collaboration at the San Giorgio Restaurant at the Borgo Medievale in Turin, and for a decade c/o the Holiday Inn Turin at Corso Francia, have impeccably honed the will to create something very personal. In addition, we can sustain an ecceptible rejection of routine and the usual, giving free rein to imaginative choices.
