THE COOK:
Claudio Vicina, assisted by his wife Anna, represents the fourth generation of restaurateurs from the Canavese area. His cuisine is based on traditional dishes revisited in a modern key,with precise and clear tastes. He does not like mixing too many ingredients and is a perfectionist. For some time now he has been joined by his daughter Silvia, who with her sister Laura, Uncle Stefano's right-hand man in the dining room, represent the fifth generation.
