Sale&Pepe is indeed a rare case of what you might call an all-weather restaurant. Owner Rosario, with his innate passion for food and wine, personally selects top-quality produce which our kitchen brigade then brings to the table, creating tasty dishes, with particular combinations of flavors, but above all rich in imagination and love of the good.
