DESCRIPTION OF VENUE: A restored farmhouse respecting the Canavese colonial style with old brick vaults and a warm and comfortable environment. A small hotel of 10 spacious rooms is integrated with the restaurant. The wine cellar offers a list of over 600 labels, focus on Canavesano and Piedmont territory.
Careful selection of the national and international panorama with a particular interest in France, from its great bubbles. Biodynamic wines and wine proposals by the glass.
THE COOK: The restaurant is under the leadership of Chef Nella Mancini.
The roots of our cuisine are deeply rooted in Piedmontese tradition. The classics and the splendid raw materials of the territory are always carefully proposed and enhanced, sometimes lightened, reworked and revisited.
In order to stimulate our creativity and to intrigue those who want to escape from the territory, we look for some curious but effective contamination with culinary traditions, raw materials and techniques more distant from our territory.
