FolkClub today has over 55,500 members in Italia and in Europe. Founded on 1988 by Franco Lucà and today directed by his son Paolo, it has proposed over 1,700 concerts of folk, blues, jazz, ethnic, author, acoustic, popular, experimental music... most of which are of national and international significance.
Thanks to the extraordinary artistic calibre of the concerts hosted and the magic atmosphere of intimacy between the public and musicians that is inevitably created, it has earned for audiences, critics and professionals the well-known international reputation of one of the best clubs in Europe for live music.
