The growing awareness of racist violence and historical injustice has repositioned monuments, ethnographic collections and film archives of colonial origin at the center of political and social debate. The exhibition - with works by Bianca Baldi, Alessandra Ferrini, Grace Ndiritu and the Troubled Archives collective - compares reality and representation, contesting the Western idea of the colonial image as an objective document and exposing the tensions between past and present.
