Castelli Aperti, since 1996, allows the public to discover and visit the rich artistic and historical cultural heritage of Piedmont’s castles, gardens, museums, palaces, villas and villages from spring to autumn.

The event, which enhances and promotes historical sites, was created thanks to the will of the Piedmont Region with the Provinces of Asti, Alessandria and Cuneo and has now been extended to the entire Piedmont territory and also to the Region of Liguria, a land that has always been linked to the identity of the lower Piedmont area.
