"A bit of [hi]story" (ABOH), an event on the history of computing, returns with a focus on artificial intelligence (AI). Since its inception in 2016, ABOH has attracted thousands of participants, involving international schools and institutions. It offers computer exhibitions, lectures on topics such as Big Data and cyber bullying, and educational workshops for young people (7-14 years old). Organised by the Piedmont Museum of Informatics, the CME Foundation and the Freidano Ecomuseum, this year’s event aims to explore the role of AI in history, its current impact and future ethical challenges. ABOH aims to promote an understanding of AI that is accessible to all ages through an inclusive and engaging experience.
