A performance with actors - Salvatore Varvaro and Giuseppe Cardascio -, puppets, shadows and video projections. Cardascio gently, ironically and gracefully narrates his first fable about Christmas, halfway between the imaginary, the autobiographical, reality and history.
A grandfather and his grandson tell the world’s oldest story with some naivety and inaccuracy. Beyond religions, superstitions, differences. The only difference is the generational distance between the grandfather who tells and the grandson who looks for attention to listen in the small and frequent gaps in his sweet grandfather’s memory. An all-personal Christmas story to compare to correct, thought-provoking at the threshold of the third millennium.
From age 2 onwards. For everyone.
