From Monday 11 July to Monday 24 October 2022 it will be possible to participate in the second edition of the EPOREDIA PHOTO CONTEST by sending in your photographs. This second edition will be dedicated to the theme "Man and the book": a theme of cultural importance closely linked to "Ivrea Italian Book Capital 2022".
Today a balance is being modelled in which the image is not considered second rate compared to the written word, but there is an increasingly present contamination between the two elements (as also highlighted in the candidacy dossier of Ivrea Italian Book Capital). The photographs in the 2022 Contest must therefore be accompanied by a short text extract from a book that is emotionally significant for the photographer, as per the regulations.
