Since 1922, the Galup is made in the same territory that saw it born. Galup is a name, an original recipe, a panettone different from the others. Before Galup, the panettone was only the Milanese.
The low panettone with hazelnut glaze is an intuition of Pietro Ferrua - Monsù Ferrua - langarolo (from Langhe) by birth, pinerolese by adoption.
During the tour to the production department, we will go through the
various stages of yeast processing, focusing on the recipe in production that day.
Visit and tasting will follow in the Galup store adjacent to production.
