From 15 to 17 March, Torino will once again be the capital of chocolate, confectionery, ice cream and bakery products. Exhibition stands, meetings, guided tastings and thematic tours to tell about the places, products and protagonists of the confectionery art. The event aims to highlight not only the cultural aspects inherent in the creation of typical gastronomic specialities, but also the processing methods and history of activities that have centuries-old roots in Turin.

The event also fits into the context of enhancing and relaunching the city’s 12 km of arcades and galleries, both on a cultural and tourist level. For this reason, along with the exhibition activity in Via Roma, thematic meetings and tastings will be held in Via Carlo Alberto 16 in Palazzo Birago, the courtly seat of the Torino Chamber of Commerce. In addition, to delve into the history and craftsmanship of the Piedmontese capital, 5 thematic tours will take place in the city centre led by certified guides.
