Food can be science, health, security, politics, economy, agriculture and industry but also fashion, fun, luxury, tourism and shows. Food can be object of debates, of round tables on this topic, cause of illnesses and of international frauds but also conviviality and relax moments, moments of culture and of brotherhood among people.
The Food Journalism Festival was born with the aim to unite all these numerous worlds and to tell their story, in a direct, simple and careful way, thanks to the presence of experts of the sector, food suppliers, companies, associations, interested citizens and most of all journalists, bloggers and communicators: three “intense” days in which food will not only be “eaten” but will be “tasted” in every detail through round table discussions, workshops but also cooking shows, tastings, press trips and recreational and didactic initiatives.
