THE COOK:
La Credenza has two souls: Giovanni Grasso and Igor Macchia have been working together, almost in a symbiosis, for the last 25 years. Today Igor is the chef who, in the kitchen, studies and creates the new menus: the starting point are local products, which he contaminates and melts with visions and tastes of foreign cuisines.
