DESCRIPTION OF VENUE:
Housed in an old stable built way back in 1674, it represents the classic mountain restaurant where the combination of wood and stone leads to savoring the warmth and sensations of tradition. The large fireplace in the dining room warms the cold winter evenings and cools the summer ones.
THE COOK:
The commitment pursued is to bring back a vogue for the flavors of the old recipes of the upper Susa Valley that once represented "cucina povera" and now represent healthy home cooking, made of high quality raw materials. Respect for tradition and the continuous search for the flavors of yesteryear are the constant that characterizes the kitchen.
