Built in a 19th-century villa on the Po, Carlo Mollino’s last secret home can now be visited. Known for the architectural masterpiece of the Teatro Regio and the building supported by a single pillar of the Turin Chamber of Commerce, Carlo Mollino was a lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture, published literature, a volume of photographic criticism, one on skiing techniques, designed a racing car and an aerobatics plane, practising every discipline. One of his tables fetched $6,200,000 (New York, 2021). Casa Mollino is an unmissable destination.
The museum can only be visited by appointment and for a maximum of 6 people at a time.
